My primary modes of treatment revolve around warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to empower and motivate. My doctoral training and over a decade of practicing psychotherapy have given me the education and experience to help you. My Prior research and clinical experience focused on eating disorders and body dissatisfaction. I work with people experiencing anxiety-based disorders, depression, women’s issues, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship issues in individual therapy. In addition, I am knowledgeable in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperacticity Disorder (ADHD) in clients ages 12 through adult.
Personal:
I reside with my family in the City of Buffalo, am married, and have three children. I am also a mother to two cats and one dog. When not working, I enjoy writing, reading, learning, exercise, camping, the beach, and traveling.
